Mary Pietrzyk, Director, Stakeholder Strategy and Engagement, NEI Mary Pietrzyk is the director of stakeholder strategy and engagement at the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). In this capacity, she manages NEI’s strategy for research and outreach to third party groups, relevant stakeholders, and potential allies in order to amplify industry messages and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Spencer Nelson, Professional Staff Member, U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources Spencer Nelson is a professional staff member at the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, focusing on innovation, including nuclear energy. He comes to the committee after four years at ClearPath, where he was a policy program director. Prior to that he conducted research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.

Kim Rudd, Former Member of Parliament, Canada; Consultant, Canadian Nuclear Association Kim Rudd is a consultant at the Canadian Nuclear Association. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, she served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources alongside being a Member of Parliament for Northumberland-Peterborough South from 2015-2018.

Kirsty Gogan, Co-Founder, TerraPraxis; Managing Director, LucidCatalyst Kirsty Gogan is the Co-Founder of TerraPraxis, a non-profit organisation focused on action for climate and prosperity. She also is managing partner of LucidCatalyst, a highly specialized international consultancy focused on multiplying and accelerating zero carbon technology options available for large-scale, affordable, market-based decarbonization of the global economy over a wide range of future scenarios.
